Pop's Vending can achieve this by introducing innovative, quality vending machines that supply "Live Bait" to the market. COMPANY SUMMARY Pop's Vending, LLC, is a solely owned and operated vending company that focuses on providing "Live Bait" through vending machines in South Florida. By serving a niche segment of the $321 billion dollar fishing industry, Pop's Vending will position itself as a high-quality, innovative company that creates value for its customers. Its owner, Juan "Papo" Pollo, operates out of a home office in Miami, Florida. Papo has full operational responsibility of the business with the support of his family as well as the paid supports provided by the Developmental Services Home and Community Based Medicaid Waiver Program. HOW DID IT ALL BEGIN? On a Sunday afternoon, back in September, 2002, Papo's family saw an article in The Miami Herald with the headline: "LATEST IN FISHING CONVENIENCE: LIVE BAIT IN VENDING MACHINES." Papo's family decided to buy one of the live bait vending machines as a "test." The machine was placed at Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World, and it was used for Papo to learn how to service the machine and determine if it was the career that he wanted. The machine is now owned by Pop's Vending, LLC.
